We built WalkthroughPro specifically for K–12 school districts. We understand that the data entrusted to us — including instructional observation data and student records — is sensitive. We treat it with the seriousness it deserves.

Data We Collect

We collect different types of information depending on how you interact with our platform. Below is a transparent breakdown of what we collect and why.

How We Use Data

We use the information we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve the WalkthroughPro platform. We do not sell your data. Ever.

Your School District

Observation data is shared with authorized administrators within your district in accordance with your district's data sharing agreement with us.

Student Privacy

No Student Data on WalkthroughPro

WalkthroughPro is designed for school administrators and instructional coaches — not for students. Our platform does not include, collect, or store student personal information.

Observation notes and T-TESS feedback entered in WalkthroughPro relate to classroom instruction and educator coaching. They are created and managed by authorized district staff and do not contain student records or student-identifying data.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe student data has been submitted to our platform in error, contact us at privacy@walkthroughpro.com and we will address it promptly.

We follow privacy best practices aligned with FERPA and COPPA principles. Because WalkthroughPro does not process student data, our platform is built to keep coaching and observation workflows focused solely on educator support.
